Fundación Ciencia & Vida bridges academia and science-based companies to promote innovation and high-tech ventures in biology. Established in 2006 to attract scientific entrepreneurship, it hosts international and Chilean companies in its Science and Business Park, supporting more than 15 biotechnology companies.

The Business & Entrepreneurship unit transforms scientific breakthroughs into investable businesses. It brokers alliances with industry, mentors founders, and catalyzes spin-offs through training, market validation, and deal flow.
Programs like Entrepreneurship Talks and NextGen Innovators expand capabilities, while strategic partnerships and venture support drive translation from prototypes to scalable products.
Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer unit
CCV’s Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer unit safeguards and accelerates innovation from lab to market. It supports researchers and partners on patents, licensing, MTAs, collaborative agreements, and regulatory matters. It scouts emerging technologies; and guides ventures from grant design to commercialization, ensuring patentability, and market readiness across pipelines, and industry codevelopment.
Science & Business Park
CCV’s Science & Business Park is a state-of-the-art 7,290 m² campus designed for discovery, training, and venture creation.
It houses research laboratories, core facilities, collaboration spaces, and startup offices, enabling seamless movement from proof-of-concept to market through colocation of scientists, entrepreneurs, investors and mentors, and partners focused on high-impact innovation.

The company has a proprietary methodology and microbial formulations for seed treatment, which are beneficial to plant development under normal and adverse growth conditions. With this technology, growers can achieve higher yields while reducing their use of agrochemicals.

(TNS), a New York-based pharmaceutical and medtech company, addresses unmet needs in mucosal inflammatory diseases by developing innovative drug products and AI-based diagnostic tools.
